My style of training is focused on learning basic body movements while increasing strength & mobility, increase muscle gain, lose fat and teach you how to change your diet and lifestyle to a healthier and happier way of life. I start by breaking down your “why” and help you pick small, attainable monthly goals that will eventually lead to big results! Building strong bodies both mentally and physically!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Group Training at Happy & Sweaty is 6 people per class. We focus on building strength and muscle in a fun group atmosphere where any level can join and get a solid workout in. The classes are solely focused on Strength Training. Everyone goes at their own level with a little extra push from me, learning techniques and lifts the safest and most efficient way to guarantee the best results.
